As the name implies, Challan of all kinds, shapes and sizes are a featured item. They also bake many kinds of cookies and cakes, mostly parve with some dairy. On Friday they make 10-12 kinds of Israeli, Sephardic and Middle Eastern salads, sold in pint containers. Seasonally they bake and cook other items such as quiche, pasta, fish, hors de houvre and many other things, too numerous to list. Their baklava is amazing, and comes in bite size portions. We visit there every two to three weeks, even though it is a thirty-five minute drive. Worth the trip.

Excellent parve and dairy baked goods from challah to cookies, cakes, quiches and hors d'oeuvres. Also many kinds of both Ashkenazi and Sephardic salads made on the premises. Friday morning is the best time to visit, since the selection is greatest for Shabbat.
