This salon never disappoints! The best pedicure in Mobile. They do a full service massage pedicure for the price other salons have for 10-20$ more! I always leave happy.

Before this Salon got very big they were the probably the best in Mobile. Recently since they started doing SNS, if you don't choose to do that service it seems as though you're kind of thrown to the side. Now that they've gotten so busy they choose who they
"Spoil". What drew the line for me was I made an appointment with a nail tech that I wanted to do my nails that always makes me feel great. When I arrive for my appointment 15 minutes early I sat there 15 minutes and then I was approached to tell me that she wasn't coming in. I understand things happen I also am in the beauty industry, I also understand that you can't control your employees but it would have been nice for her to offer me to someone else that would have been happy to do my service instead of waiting till 11:30 after taking off work and I could have been notified prior to my appointment to tell me that she wasn't coming in . I get a particular service done that this business does offer and I do pay for it each time that I come in but I just feel like if you don't do SNS which is pretty much what they want to do then it seems like that they don't want your business anymore. I'm truly disappointed I hate that this is happened. It is truly unbearable when you walk in without an appointment you have to wait an hour and a half before anybody ever comes to even start working on you . I really really did enjoy the salon before they grew too much. After going to another salon and seeing how they did my nails and how much time they spent and how great they look. I know now that I've been rushed out the door as quickly as they could get me out.

Love the recent renovation, definitely my favorite salon. I usually get gel nails or sns, and of course a pedicure. Everyone is always nice and accommodating. The owner always has new products/designs, I can always depend on her to help me feel beautiful. Nice to have a salon to go to that actually cares.

Had a problem in the beginning but the manager was really nice and professional about resolving the issue.
