I went there today( sunday) without an appointment! I was seated right away and then ignored for 40 min until I walked out! I know that not having an appointment leads to a wait but unwound expect someone to come up to me and tell me that there was a wait, or that at the bare minimum I would be at least offered a glass of water! But no I just got ignored for 40+ minutes! Do not come here if you have ANY sort of schedule in your life

The only place I go! I've been going for about 8 years. They are professional and personable. My nails are always unique!

2-12-18 , I went across the street to have pedicure and manicure, first thing is that we waited several minutes before someone came out. The lady who did my nails didn't make me feel welcome sloppily polished my nails, and as for the pedicure she didn't really remove no cuticle didn't clean out under the nail. And almost no massage . Same for fingers. And the Polish I have parts of my nails that have no Polish and I got the gel. All I wanted at this time was to pay and leave next time I will go to the nail salon in Walmart I got better service there. Go figure. Now I have to go to a function today and if any one notices them and asked me about it I will tell them not to go there.

I absolutely love this place! Best service around. I’ve been coming to Jasmines since they opened and will not go anywhere else. The owner Italy is so sweet. She treats me so good and treats my kids even better! We love her!

I went here yesterday and the last time I came here was 2 years ago with my grandmother to get pedicures. This is by far the WORST place to get your nails done in Millington. I don’t usually write reviews, but I thought I’d help someone out who was thinking about trying this place. I showed the lady a picture of the nails I wanted (a pretty ombré pink coffin style nails). 3 people worked on my nails. The First Lady had an attitude and kept jerking my hand away instead of simply pushing my hand back softly. THEN she cut my nails way too skinny and uneven and she just slapped the gel on there. After I said I just wanted plain black (because I was in a rush and didn’t want her to mess up more than she already did), the lady owner came over speaking in Chinese or whatever language they speak (I assumed talking about me because of how they were looking at me and my nails). She asked why I wanted to change to black and I said because the nails aren’t going to look like the picture. So the owner started doing my nails to “fix them” but it turned out worse. This is NOT ombré, just two colors and there’s a clear line of where the colors meet. Then after she polished the nails, she filed the sides again (WHY?!) now there isn’t polish on the sides of my nails. She didn’t even repolish it or offer to do so. She kept hitting my back and pushing me to wash my hands. And later her and the other lady who was doing my nails at first were laughing at me. The lady showed her my nails and started speaking Chinese and they both were looking and my nails laughing while I was right there. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I am always respectful when I go somewhere so I don’t see what the problem was for them to treat me that way and mess up my nails. I paid $55 for this bs. I feel like if they couldn’t do ombré they should’ve told me and I would’ve been happy to pick another color/style. I will not be coming back. Y’all there are more nail shops in Millington and Memphis to go to period...DON’T GO HERE !!!! (PS: I am going to another nail shop today to get my nails redone)
