The best salon!! Everyone here does a fantastic job. Very welcoming and very clean salon. They also are open on Sundays, which is great! Great environment and excellent prices as well. Parking is very convenient.

I was able to get a great set of acrylic nails and the most gorgeous faded polish only 5 minutes after walking in off the street.
Sandra was amazing always checking that things were right as she was doing my nails.
I would highly recommend Elegant Nails and especially Sandra 😃

Love my nails. The staff are wonderful. I came in with a picture of what I was wanting and then they showed me different options of what they had to make it happen. They asked me throughout my manicure if I was comfortable, if I liked the shape/ color/ glitter choices. They let me know to tell them if I wasn't happy at any time of how my nails were coming along. They really cared if I was happy or not. The ladies at Elegant Nails are awesome. Service is great. Best Nail Salon in Hawaii Kai. Status change from Newcomer to Regular!

There was barley any customers and they were vary rude. During the whole thing the lady was very aggressively doing her job like she wanted to finish it already, and when I asked to change the color she gave me the meanest look like I was stupid n Said something in another language n made her coworkers look at me n laugh which was very in professional.

Walked in this empty but one customer salon and asked for a nail color change. The Vietnamese lady evil eyed me up and down then told me that there was no time because other customers were coming in. Well excuse me for interrupting your busy schedule. That was the first time I have been treated that way. Don't need to give you any business.
