Went in to fix a broken nail after work, was told to pick a color and that they would be right with me. It wasn’t busy.. maybe 3-4 customers. I sat waited 5-10, then more customers came in and they tended and got the customers that came in before me, 10 minutes later, they said nothing to me.. I decided to wait a little longer.. still haven’t been helped or been talked to. Don’t waste your time.

I was given the price of $65 for nail & pedi and was charged $87. I asked why and was given an answer I couldn’t even understand what he said then he pulled out the calculator and $19 more for Gel polish. really??? I told him in the beginning I wanted regular polish ugh. Never going back

I made an appointment for a mani/pedi for two people (was treating my sister for her birthday). We were told to pick our nail polish and then had to wait for a chair to open up .. no, big deal; since most appointments never run on time. When two chairs opened up, we were asked if our appointments were for a pedicure only? Weird. Ok. So, we let them know that we were to get both a manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was really good and relaxing -- nothing extraordinary for the price, but the salon is nice and the atmosphere relaxing so you pay the extra for that, right? When we got done, we were moved to a table to let our nails dry and figured they'd come back to get us for the manicures. After what seemed like an eternity (about 20 minutes), I went up to the counter to ask about our manicure and if they were going to get to us soon. "Oh, you wanted a manicure, too?" WHAT!!!???? Now, I'm getting annoyed, so I let them know that my appointment was for both, we told her when we came in it was for both, and we told the pedicure gals that it was for both! Well, by that time it was swamped so we were told that we would have to wait another 45 minutes before they had any openings for a manicure. Sigh. We told them to forget it, we paid for our pedicures (and no we weren't offered a discount or anything to comp for the time that they wasted). I'm giving them two stars because the pedicure was decent; but this isn't the first time I've gone in and had a problem so I'm not giving them anything higher. I'll never be back.

Really nice I got really long lasting gel nails and the people are really nice . I will definitely be returning

Everyone was so nice and friendly. The prices a good.
My nails lasted longer then normal. My new favorite place. :)
