I had a phenomenal first experience with this nail salon. The staff was all friendly and welcoming, especially Sharon who runs the store and is close with her staff. The salon is very clean and all the tools, such as the nail dividers and files are all brand new and disposed after each use. The complimentary sugar scrub and lotion massage they provide is a unique addition to the experience and left my feet silky smooth. They have a wide range of nail polish colors, powders and gels. Overall it was the best nail salon experience I have ever had and would definitely come again!

I went to get my nails done by Nikki. She tells me if anything happens to the nails come back in 1 to 10 days. I text the manager after one week to let her know all my nails had lifted and she tells me to come by. I come and Nikki is not even there and the manager lets me know nikki is the only one that can fix the nails so she won’t give me refund. Nikki gets back to me a few days later and tells me to come by a second time and that she will do it for free. Only for her to be leaving as I show up and tells me she completely forgot about me and if I can wait for her to get back. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

they dont have good service. the employees weren't even listening to what the manager was saying. like how are u gonna run a business when your workers dont even listen to you?? anyways my nails looked really bad, my cuticles weren't pushed, and honestly my nails weren't properly taken care of. the girl who did my nails left right after and i asked the manager if someone else could just fix my nails a little not even redo the whole thing but they said no and to "come back tomorrow" but i have school and a job so i dont have time for that. they also made me pay before i got my nails done so i cant even get money back. they also charged me an extra ten dollars because i wanted french tips but honestly the nails were not giving at all. the pictures i put are literally 15-20 minutes after i got them done. the tips aren't done right, my cuticles aren't pushed, the lines aren't clean. they also had two clients wait about an hour just to tell them that they cant get their nails done and have to go home because none of the workers wanna do them. like thats such bad customer service. big waste of time

My first time at Sugar Scrub. I had a excellent experience. My tech was thorough and patient with me (mani/pedi and I'm very ticklish). Sharon is very responsive and attentive to clients and staff. I was very satisfied with the service and the pricing was upfront and fair. I definitely recommend it and I will return.

The owner and treatment that I got was lovely. I got a wonderful gel pedicure with my friend! Will definitely be returning again.
