I've been going here for a few years now. Within the last 5 months the owners have changed. They only have 3 nails tech working on a Saturday. The credit card machine is down. How do you mess up a manicure. Tryed to give them the opportunity but I will not be going back.

I walked in & it was totally empty, they sat around like I was interrupting them. They are not very friendly at all. I got fills & she charged me $20 because I had white tips, but a full set is $20 smh that's what I get for trying out a new salon; I guess that's why I was there only customer. She even cut my finger & didn't clean under my nails. I'll go back to my busy salon that only charges $15 for fills & actually has a conversation with you. The owner never apologized, just denies it happened lol I wish I would have read all the other horrible reviews on this place. Do not waste your time or money on such horrible unprofessional service

This place is the worst place, don’t have not type of customer service. When u try telling them their work is done they start giving you an attitude and telling you that they do better work then anyone else. I went with my sister she told the lady to fix her nails and she told her no next time you come. They take customer last minute and then don’t do their work right. The place is very dirty!!!!!

If you aren’t open until 8pm then change your time....all I needed fixed was one nail that fell off, I came in at 7:30pm and she was extremely rude...

I had been going to a different nail shop for about a year and my nail tech left on maternity leave. Since I had been to exquisite before and I liked LuAnn's work, I thought I'd go back here. Big mistake because the last time I was there, she wasn't available and her husband cut my cuticles and when he sprayed them with alcohol after service, my fingers were BURNING! That was 5 years ago. This time, LuAnn was available and she did a good job on my nails even though she was on the phone the whole time. A few weeks later when I took off my polish and acrylic nails, I had fungus on both of my ring finger nails and 3 of my toes. One of my toenails has now completely come off and the other 2 are lifting. I will NEVER go back there.
