I have been here many times over the last few years and there is a good reason for it. Staff is friendly and kind. They talk to you and make sure to ask how you liking what they are doing. They always do a beautiful job and I never leave disappointed. Highly recommended place to visit.

Hang with Hang - she's the best! Always great service here - even (and especially) when you don't have an appointment.

The pros:
Very clean!
They used a liner in the foot soak tubs which seemed like a great option to ensure cleanliness.
Great massage chairs. Seriously, the best chairs I’ve sat in while getting a pedicure.
Staff were very nice and extremely patient with two 6 year olds.
Nails and toes look great! *edit* two days later my hot pink nail color turned mostly yellow. At 6 days the gel polish began to chip and peel off. I removed the polish easily without using any acetone or tools. So disappointed.
The cons:
They’d obviously overbooked themselves. Two nail techs working. We had scheduled 4 pedicures and had called back to see if we could also do 3 manicures. They told my SIL it would be no problem. Arrived for appointment at 430, and 1 woman worked on all of us while another continued to work on other customers. I finally left at 710 to go to work and my SIL and the kids didn’t leave until 745 - over 3 hours there. There were 2 nail techs until 630 when a 3rd on-call tech came in to help.
Also, 4% fee to use a card to pay. They did tell my SIL about that when she was sitting there waiting for us to finish but it would have been better to know at the time to appointment was made.

I went in to get gel nails 3days ago. Today the gel polish pealed off of both of my thumbs. They offered to fix them but I had to catch a flight. I asked for a refund and they don’t do refunds. I will never go there again.

Manicures and pedicures are top notch ... cuticles and all the icky stuff is thoroughly removed. Have been seeing them since they opened. They are the best.
