I decided to give this place a try since I work in the plaza and let me tell you WORST DECISION. EVER!! I was rushed to pick out a color even though I normally take a couple of minutes to decide which one I want. I was given a pedicure and getting my nails done at the same time and it was very obvious they were trying to rush my appointment. You come to nail salons on your time off to get a service done that you pay for to relax not to just be rushed in and out. I had turned on the massage chair for relaxation and the lady doing my nails turned it off because “ I was moving too much “. First of all your nails should never be done at a pedicure station second of all I was very disappointed that I could not relax. The services were not what I wanted done, Lisa screwed up the pedicure and Nancy did not do the proper length I wanted my nails to be for a specific occasion. They were using tools that were noticeably used prior to with other customers and just unsanitary. I paid $75 for something I didn’t even end up leaving happy with. Very disappointed and I usually never take the time to write these reviews but this place needs one. I advise you not to go here unless you want to leave unsatisfied.

I've been here a good amount of times and I've never had a problem. They normally have great prices and do a good job however their prices have risen and the quality has faded. DON'T EVER GO TO LEE. She was super nice but I don't believe she should be allowed to paint nails. She had to redo my toes three times and I finally just left even though I had clear polish dripping inbetween my toes. She used the smallest brush strokes which caused the polish to be super chunky and she completely forgot to paint one of my pinkie toes. I've been going there for years but I don't think I'll ever be back.

I have been getting my nails and brow waxes here since I moved to Winter Park in 2010. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They do a wonderful job and listen to what you want. Every once in a while I feel rushed because they are busy, but they're busy for a good reason. Good work at a great price.

This was a horrible experience. After Irma, I couldn't get in to my regular nail salon so tried this one. What a mistake! They cut my cuticles to the point they bled on the towel and then acted startled when I reacted to being hurt. Very unprofessional - stay away from this one!
