This was my first time putting a prescription in the Walmart pharmacy and it certainly wouldn't be the last. The pharmacist Robert is an amazing person, he takes the time to explain exactly what you need to do with your medication and also kudos to his staff.
We need to have more pharmacist like Robert.

Its always hit or miss with any Walmart but this one in East Brunswick has been awful as of late. Hour to two hour waits to pickup groceries, incorrect orders delivered to nothing delivered at all, then not honoring app prices stating it was that price a week ago and they haven't updated the app as of yet. Plenty of other stores we can deal with that will gladly value not just my money but my time as well.

Excellent Walmart experience. Helpful and knowledgeable customer service. The food department, produce and vegetarian options were very impressive! Prices are excellent. Can't wait to go back.

Zero stars. This store should be ashamed of its pickup service. I don't mind orders being late to fill (although this seems to have everything to do with a completely mismanaged department and not too much work), but it is now every time that the wait when you show up, despite receiving notification that the order is ready, is over 30 min, sometimes 50-60 min even when you have the first order of the morning, so its not like backups throughout the day have added up. Then often they still need to pick the order despite being notified that it was filled. There is often only one person working with others sitting there doing nothing, and there is zero sense of urgency. There is also no prioritization; despite being there first they will go to the car in a closer spot which may have shown up 20 min later or if someone gets out and complains. Last time they skipped me 4 times despite being there first then finally come to my car, give them my name, says he will get the order, then comes out with orders for 2 other cars, then comes out with an order for a customer that was not even there! This service is an embarrassment. If you call the pickup line no one EVER answers, and machine is always full. And if you call customer service, no one picks up. The service at this store has dropped dramatically. The pick up department manager and store manager should be fired for allowing this. They are incompetent.
Update 6-5-21
This store still sucks. Curbside 20 min wait, banging on door for 10 min until someone comes. No one else here for curbside. Please fire all management at this store already and get some competent managers.
