Everyone is sweethearts here and hard working n love how they do the nails but I was here Friday n got nails filled and last night Wednesday September 11th my middle finger nail broke and had to use nail glue to fix it

It has been five days since I got my nails done each nail has started lifting I'm holding them down with krazy glue I paid 110 dollars for nails that have lasted as long as regular press ons would have not only that but each nail is crooked some more so but very noticeable the lady I had continuously got up and roamed around. I am very upset with the quality of my nails it was a waste of time and money

Everyone at Kim Nails are super nice. They are always busy and working hard, yet they fit me in as a walk-in for both mani and Pedi today, on a Friday. I had a couple requests, they listened carefully to my needs, fixed 2 short nails, and I'm pleased with services provided today. I highly recommend!

I went there to get a manicure. I needed the chipped gel removed and I wanted regular nail polish added. They had an elderly woman who removed my gel, cut my nails and trimmed my cuticles. She cut my one nail sideways, and then she overtrimmed a cuticle causing it to be red and sore instantly. She also missed some of the gel that was still stuck on my thumbnail. I said something to her right away to make her aware of what she had done and she started talking to the gentleman next to her in a different language. A younger girl came over who had to fix what the other lady had missed regarding the gel removal and uneven cut nails. The whole point of paying for a manicure is to have somebody else do your nails better than you could have done yourself, but it looks like if I want something done right, I have to do it on my own. It took my cuticle 3 days before it finally healed. I think it's safe to say I won't be going back.

THIS IS MY NEW FAVORITE NAIL SALON!! Me and my Home Care nursing client came here to get our nails done after having a ridiculously UNENJOYABLE, beyond expensive experience (on top of the cost for each service there's a $20 charge added if u have gel or hand gel nail polish on either your nails or toes making energy service unaffordable and way to expensive) at Gold Nails. Our nails were done improperly by the the nail tech, who I actually believe was one of the owners of Gold Nails actually, it was rushed, thin at the cuticle and thick towards the tip therefore they were coming off within a week, steps were skipped and the only thing worth the money was our pedicures that the owners wife did (they were beautiful and relaxing!), so I did some searching to find a new nail salon and came across Kim's nails and they're only 4 minutes away from my home! It is now our new favorite nail salon. Their prices are fair, worth it and pretty great for the service you get. The staff are all kind, beyond talented, funny, have great senses of humor and make the experience enjoyable for everyone. If you want to get a great manicure, full set, fill in, pedicure or anything else I highly recommend Kim's nails. Our 2 favorite nail artists are Nam and Jimmy, but regardless of who you receive I know that you will walk out of there with a smile on your face, in a good mood and with absolutely beautiful nails. I highly recommend that you tell your nail artist they have free reign to do whatever design or color they want. That is what we did and it is my new favorite nail art. Let's be honest, limiting a nail artist to doing certain things rather than getting creative is like telling a painter that they can't have paint! I hope you have an enjoyable experience and wish Nam and Jimmy my best 😉
