If I could give this place a "0" I WOULD!! I am no stranger to nail salons or any other place where I would receive services but I have NEVER experienced such Disrespectful and Ill Mannered Behavior from people looking for you to pay them. Now after reading the reviews I see this is how LUXX Nail Spa Treats People!! From the time we walked in the door to the time we left they were RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and EXTREMELY PUSHY; from the young lady at the door, to the Nail Tech Sonny, to the Owner Henry. Instead of Henry trying to satisfy Us as customers, he BLAMED Myself and my Daughter for expressing that the work was done POORLY then LIED about being the OWNER to AVOID taking care of the Situation the way Management should and continued to make the situation WORSE... This is most definitely an example of a business being a TERRIBLE Reflection of TERRIBLE Ownership!!! Our NAILS LOOK A COMPLETE MESS!!! I DO NOT SUGGEST ANYONE TO SPEND THEIR MONEY WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! I Am Also Reporting Our Experience To the Better Business Bureau.

Best manicure and pedicure I’ve had in a very long time. The salon very clean with a great professional and courteous staffs. The service is outstanding. I have recommended this salon to friends and they all have loved it

I have been to this nail salon since it opened. The decor is amazing And very clean. The service is always GREAT!!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good clean and friendly salon!!

I always have a great experience. Katie is always so nice and does a great job. I always get compliments on my nails and only go back for new powder dip when my nails grow out, not due to any chipping. After 3 weeks of powder dip, it hasn’t lifted on the edges or chipped, just grows out.... which is what nails do. Love this place!!
