I got a no chip manicure and the next day one of my nails broke and another nail chipped. I am very unpleased with my experience. It also said that it was $25 and they charged me $28 and I still gave a tip. I am not sure why it was $3 more than advertised.

5 stars hands down. I had a terrible experience at a different nail salon 2 weeks ago, and here at this location a very professional individual named Felix fixed my nails and made sure I had gotten the design I originally wanted. Felix is AMAZING and I can’t wait to show off my nails to all my friends and coworkers. He was very knowledgeable and ensured that he would give me the best experience and that’s exactly what happened. Thank you so much Felix. I will always come back to this location, and recommend all my friends here.

It's hard for me to find a good nail salon in the Lombard neighborhood, so I was more than happy to try this place out.
My experience today was great. Since it's so warm and comfortable, there was many customers (on a Saturday). When I walked in, everyone was friendly, and they took me right away. The prices weren't too bad either. No chip Gel manicure was $25 and regular pedicure was $22. I've had to pay that price for a very crappy service close by, so this was a nice surprise. The place was clean and quiet. The massage chairs were good and from what I can tell, their tools and equipments were also kept clean. The two ladies who worked on my feet and hands were nice and professional. I have no complaints. Also, they have so many No chip Gel colors to choose from.
My nails look fantastic! They didn't accidentally cut or nip me either (seems like it happens to me often).
