Friend and I tried this salon for the first time last week. The pictures looked nice online and upon walking in it was pleasant and welcoming. The wait was extremely long due to "6 people being out" per the owner. When we finally got seated for our pedicures, we had to adjust the temp of our water at least 3 times because we sat there again for another 15 or 20 minutes before someone started on us. The girl that did my pedicure seemed to be inexperienced. She trimmed my nails, gave me the massage and then the owner came to paint them. Upon checking out, I was charged for 2 pedicures. They wouldn't refund the money back to my card so I was given cash instead. The next day my toe was infected and I found out by an urgent care provider that she had cut me on the side of my nail and am now on antibiotics. Will not be returning. We will stick with our usual place, next to Target.

New to the area, first time in this Salon. I loved it! The staff was great..very friendly, clean modern peaceful environment. Will definitely come again. Convenient location as well.

I LOVE THIS SALON!!! Savann has been doin my nails since I was 16 & I'll be 25 next week. NEVER been disappointed with her work. Even other techs she's had do my nails always slay! The salon is peaceful, beautiful & lots of pretty colors & designs to choose from.. Very up to date on the new looks & styles... There is a bit of a wait at times but it's ALWAYS been worth it here. I can't speak on anyone else's experiences there. I can only speak on mine & EVERY VISIT I've left satisfied!!💅❤❤❤

The inside of the place was beautiful. It was very modern and clean. I am new to the area and chose this place based on the high reviews. When I first entered, there were 2 ladies already waiting. I was greeted within a few minutes and was told to sign in. I was told there would be a 15 min wait for a pedicure. I waited and waited and waited. The 2 people ahead of me were called and were getting worked on. Needless to say, 1 hour worth of waiting. I get up and ask the lady how much longer. She tells me they can get the water running, it would be a few more minutes. Wait time was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable for amount of people. I understand if they were busy, but I was the only one waiting for at least 45 minutes.
