If there was such a thing as no star, that's what I would give. Horrible customer service. I usually polish at home but my nails kept breaking so i decided to go get my nails done. These people treated me as if I should have known all the different ways it can be done. They weren't of much help in making a decision. A customer had to help me. When I finally decided to do the gel powder, the man was so miserable. For $75 I expected perfectly done nails. At the end, after washing my hand I still hand some white residue on my hand and between my finger quits that would not come off. I showed it to him and he totally ignored me. Hate this place. Would never go back.

I am a satisfied customer of 3 yrs. I’ve relocated and now travel 2hrs because no one compares! Boy is so creative. I always leave satisfied🤗 and get compliments alllll the time no matter how long I have them. The entire salon is friendly, remembers faces and stay on top of trend. I love it!

I go to Boy and he does an amazing job every time. He takes his time, yet he's quick. He's determined to make your nails pop. I get compliments everytime he does my nails. He remembers his clients and he's personable.

If I could rate this place in the negatives I would. They honestly don’t even deserve one star. I went in for a gel polish fill in and cut down and was over charged for extremely terrible service. My nails look horrible, the girl wasn’t gentle at all so not only does it look terrible but it was also painful. There are bubbles in my nails and they weren’t polished or shaped evenly. It also looks likes like I have clubbing on my nail beds because they’re bubbled up from where too many coats of polish was caked on unevenly. Don’t waste your time or money here!

I am a firm believer on you get what you pay for, so with that being said, I've been going here for about a year now (since leaving my old salon). I was here on June 14 2019 to receive a fill in and pedicure...(with gel polish on fingers) . Gel polish is supoose to shine longer and not lift or chip off. My services total to be $89.00 that day.....Ive been back in there everyday since then, today, however I asked them to change the polish because it was chipping everyday, they proceed to tell me it would be $30, now i wouldn't of had aproblem paying for my toe polish because they weren't messed up, but I like for them to match...but my nails should have been done for free because of their cheap polish chipping....anyway they are unprofessional and they lack custoner service......
