Karina is super awesome when it came to my clip in extensions and she showed me the tricks of the trade. i absolutely love the way my hair came out when she straightened it and put in the extensions,.
on the other hand, when i get my hair dyed their product makes my wet hair frizz out like crazy when i specifically tell them NOT to put that product in my hair. i have to bring in my own conditioner and serum to have it the way i want it. and today they let me go with a stained scalp when they should have used the stain remover before they let me out of the salon. i was very upset and beyond angry when i got home. i had to wet it and condition it as soon as i walked in the door. i believe they should double check before someone leaves the salon to see if they are satisfied. come on ladies!!!!

Big thank you to karina for doing an awesome job on my full foil/baylage highlights I went from a medium brown to dirty blond in one session! Your the best :) I will be comming back here for my touch ups and any other hair needs I may have!

Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at Regis. My appointment was for 2:15. I didn't get seen until 3:00. I got a cut and color. When they were dying my hair they didn't pay attention to where the hair dye was going. So it dyed the whole back of my jacket brown. Not to mention they only gave me a $7 discount for the damage of my jacket. Super inconsiderate. I will never go back there again.

I made the sad mistake of "box dying" my hair today. To say it looked awful is an understatement! I called the salon to see if they would do corrective color and even though they were booked they told me I could come in and they could help. I showed up and they happily greeted me and made me 100% comfortable the entire time. The best part of it all is not only did they fix my mess of a head but they made me look and feel like a million bucks!!!

ChristinaL.. Was very nice and took the time to listen to me and gave me the best cut ever I will definitely be going back to her only though the rest of the hairstylists had bad haircuts .she has beautiful hair so hair is important to her. Also I have already had a bad haircut from 2 of the hairstylists that I seen on my visit last weekend
