I’ve been coming here since April 2019 and I’ve never had an issue. She’s always patient, nice, and does my nails exactly the way I like them as well as my pedicures. I have recommended her to several of my friends and co workers.

My gel polish lasted almost a month. The older lady really takes her time and is detailed with your manicure to make sure you are satisfied.

Very disappointed in the service today! Normally the service is great, however they were busy. There were only 3 nail technicians today. My technician was rushing around and the area did not look clean that I was sitting in. I pay attention to small details like sanitizing the area in which this was not done between customers

Horrible service. Came at 6 30pm and the lady had the door locked and refused to open the door or tell us she was closed when it clearly said 8pm on the door as well. The lady was extremely rude. And we will never be coming back here again!

Would love to give this place a zero but then not getting another dime is better! Brought extra family member s to this business just to regrets it the male nail tech was getting ready to put fake nails on on male in my family which upset us when trying to explain and make sure the man knew what we wanted he get loud and dismissive as I look on we get to the pedicure And he acting the same very careless had to ask to put the blue numb ball in like the rest of us had in the water and as I stated in the mix of this when the tab came it they didn’t miss a beat even added extra so if u want to be disrespected and over charge be my guess and the tools used 👎🏾 D Nails just opened same parking lot as Publix will give them a try hope they value and respect customer that support the business
