Very bad experience. Rep charged my card without authorization, still trying to get a refund and they seem indifferent. Completely unprofessional.

I've been working with Ali Cole for the last 5 years here in Texas. She recently relocated to Atlanta and I was happy for her but sad for me. Her customer service is beyond outstanding. Her eye for fashion is top notch. Ever time she came by to drop off an order she already had something new picked out for me that I was missing in my wardrobe. If there is an issue with an order she corrects it immediately and keeps you informed through out the entire process. Good people are hard to find. If you are remotely interested in Tom James closing you are doing yourself a disservice by working with anyone that's not Ali!

I have been more than happy with my experience with Tom James. The best part is my clothier Kathleen. Not only has does she have an eye for style but she also makes sure her clients are well taken care of. Not to mention the quality product they offer. I have been very satisfied so far with all my purchases. Because of the service and the product I intend to have a lasting relationship with Kathleen and her team at Tom James.

From the personal service to the high quality fabrics and workmanship, Tom James is top notch. My jackets, pants, and shirts all fit perfectly. I can’t say enough about Ben Weinhardt. His measurements were spot on and he goes to great lengths to ensure everything fits exactly right. He keeps me informed of new items without over doing it. I highly recommend Ben and Tom James clothing!

Tom James Company has been filling my closet with my customized wardrobe for over 4 years. Ali Coles has been my personal Clothier, and has taken expert care of me and the results: everywhere I go, people I do not even know stop me and share with me how well-dressed and dapper I look! In my profession, as a Residential Real Estate Professional, I have to look my best everyday I walk out of my office and go out on an appointment. Thank you Tom James and Ali for all of your attention for me, so I able to look my very BEST everyday!
