I've been going here for awhile to give it a fair shot but unfortunately, I've decided to look elsewhere for nail service. My biggest issues are:
1.) The quality of experience varies so greatly. I've had shellac done that looked really nice and lasted the full two weeks - but I've also had shellac done that was rushed, full of air bubbles, and chipped in a few days. I also had an instance where the technician picked at my cuticles so aggressively, they actually gouged a little chunk out of my finger. Yikes!
2.) Pedicure quality also varies - I've had super relaxing, enjoyable pedicures but I've also had pedicures where I left with scratches all up and down my legs from the scrub that was used. Ouch is an understatement.
and 3.) My most recent issue, and the one that sealed the deal, was when I tried out dip powder nails as the suggestion of one of the nail technicians. Everything was just fine up until I came back to have them re-done - the technician took what looked like part of an acrylic nail, wedged it under the dip powder, and began PRYING the old dip powder off. My nail beds were destroyed (still growing the damage out as I type this). I went to a different nail salon and they were horrified when I explained what had ruined my nails (if you're curious, the correct way to remove dip powder is to file it down and soak it off).
I'm sad to be leaving such a negative review, as I see so many others having great experiences here - but with the aforementioned issues, I just can't bring myself to ever go back.

The ONLY place I go. Not only do they do a great job on my nails, they always remember my name. Amy is awesome!

I got a pedicure and a full set of nails. Price was great, and they didn’t rush through it. The massage for the pedicure was sensational. I will absolutely be coming back!

When I wasn't satisfied with the shellac, and asked for it to be taken off, two of the technicians carried on in their native language, I'm sure about my dissatisfaction. They still charged me $5 for leaving with naked nails. Very diappointed!

The owner and staff here are excellent. Their manicures last twice as long as elsewhere and they work fast. The atmosphere is always friendly and inviting. Go here!
