Not a good experience. The woman that did my nails was very nice but it took her almost 1 1/2 to do my basic pedicure and she had to ask for help. In addition it doesn't appear they individually sanitize their tools. I should have left. Place was dirty and clearly not pride in ownership.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a nail salon. In a nutshell, it was unsanitary, rushed, lacked quality/skill, and had some rude employees. Longer version: their prices are cheaper than most places so I expected some things to not be up to par. For example, the seats for the pedicures were torn/taped up with masking tape and not functioning. I also had to be moved because something was wrong with the water/suction, that's all ok. The lady proceeded to start running the water and didn't put the liner in (I requested one get put in for sanitary reasons). She then went and got a bowl for my finger nails, I thought it was a bowl of water (it was covered with a towel so I couldn't initially smell it), she told me to put my hand in to soak... it was acetone. I requested that they be wrapped in foil like most other salons do, so that the my whole hand wasn't being dunked into a bowl of acetone, which isn't good for the skin. I got some attitude throughout my experience there, especially when it came time for the manicure. She had painted over fuzz or something else that made my nails look "bumpy". I asked that the 3 be redone, and caught a lot of attitude and she said they were fine. Who I believe was the owner or manager of the place (an older man) took a look at them and agreed they should be redone... someone else, a younger guy ended up doing it. Earlier I had seen him and another customer arguing about the quality of her service...they ended up calling security on this lady. Still, I was grateful at first that they were being fixed, but then he started to tell me that he was doing me a favor and I should be grateful, he also yanked at my nails and squeezed my fingers way too tightly that it was uncomfortable. I couldn't wait to get out of there. When I was about to check out, I was asked how my experience was and said it was a poor one. I believe they took $10 off my total.

this nail place sucks. my friend got her nails done and they cut her finger and said “it was just her cuticle” when her finger was bleeding for like 5 minutes and when she asked for a refund they screamed at us and said “thats how we do things” then they tried to put good products on for a tip. her nails ended up horrible and you should never go here.

I went in on my 21st birthday and I had a male do my nails. First off he didn’t know how to do French tip and secondly I got gel and it took almost 2 hours! It’s now day 4 and my gel is peeling and my French tips look like a 5 year old did them and this place is just ridiculous. Never will I go back. Truly save your money.

I had a horrific experience here. I went in, wanting a relaxing spa manicure. I sat down at a table and instantly realized how dirty it was. Didn't say anything, and decided to just get up and go elsewhere. As I walked out, I was chased by an older man, I believe may have been the owner, asking me where I was going. I continued to walk, he followed me out the doors to the parking lot and he cornered me right there by the walkway. I felt very scared and uncomfortable. I explained why. He assured me he would clean up and do my nails for free if I gave them a chance. I declined more than once and he grabbed me by the arm, still reassuring me, and brought me back into the salon. I was in shock. I felt forced to sit down. The entire time my nails were being done ( gel manicure) I was interrupted numerous times by the woman's child. She had to get up and stop on multiple occasions to tend to him. Afterwards, I hesitently said thank you, and walked out, knowing I'd absolutely never return. Upon leaving, I was chased outside again, by the same man who drug me back in. I was told to pay or he would call the cops. I argued with him for a while. I was so upset and scared at that point I just gave him what cash I had on me and ran to my car crying. I was shaking and in total disbelief. This happened a few months ago and it took me until now to muster up the guts to share this. Looking back, I wish I would have gotten mall security involved. Ill never go to this salon or recommend it to anyone, ever.
