It's best to make a reservation and arrive early. This crew is very good and are usually packed. Luckily there is a Starbucks right next door so if you pop in and have a 20 minute wait pop over, get a coffee and watch Property Brothers while you wait. Friendly and kind staff who genuinely care about what you want. I'm very specific about getting my nails done and every time I leave satisfied.

I would never recommend this "nail salon" to anyone. I went to Nail Pro shortly after moving to Sheridan & just wanted a fill on my nails along with a color change. The woman who did my nails didn't have a single clue what she was doing. She didn't completely take my old ail polish off & then proceeded to fill my nails - so no matter what I did, I still had my old nail polish on underneath a layer of poorly done acrylic. On top of that, the pain job on my nails was sloppy & the service was pretty awful. Rude owner, and a ton of employees that don't have a clue what they're doing.

They have no idea what they r doing and will not fix there mistakes. They also have made my nails bleed.😣

Got pink nails my color changed to purple and top coat peeled off after two days, lost 4 nails after 4 days of not doing anything to cause it. Very unorganized I waited 35 min when the lady told me 15 the guy filed my nails for probably 40 minutes they do not know what they’re doing. Highly do not suggest this place. I could’ve done my nails better then they did and it was a full set that wasn’t worth the money at all. Very rude customer service as well.

I chose Nail Pro because of their good rating. Maybe I came on a bad day, but I had an appointment for 9AM for a manicure and pedicure. A young lady and I waited outside because the salon was closed. The staff (2 guys) did not arrive until about 9:05 to open the salon. They never checked to see who I was or if I had an appointment. I mentioned that I had called two days before. One of the guys had me sit down and started the manicure. I paid $40 for gel polish. My nails were not properly cleaned and the shaping was not smooth or symmetrical. I asked if I now should go over to the seat for the pedicure. The guy looked surprised, but said yes. The pedicure was OK. The one guy was taking phone calls for appointments while he gave another person a pedicure. I understood why no one asked if I had an appointment as I watched the guy ask the name of the person and what time they wanted to come in and never write anything down. In the meantime, 4 walk-in customers left because they got tired of waiting. After they left, a third manicurist sauntered in and seemed unconcerned when told that the women had left. My first impression is that this is not a well run salon. I will not be returning.
