I gave a poor rating based on my most recent visit when I went to get a pedicure done and left feeling extremely frustrated. When I went in I was greeted immediately and did not have to wait at all. Ava, with 20 some years experience, was very nice and took and seemed like she knew what she was doing. But then Ava ended up giving me one of the worst pedicures I have ever had and honestly I was really upset I had to pay for a service that looked like a 7 year old completed. Not only was my color sloppy and yucky looking, she did not massage my feet and legs at all. I feel like I paid for my feet to get soaked and my nails to be filed and sloppily painted. I really doubt I will return to this nail salon again, especially since the owner saw the finished work and was satisfied. Overall, nice people, crappy service.
