I just had a very good experience trimming my short hair cut and getting a silk press. Patricia is very friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. I was in and out in an hour looking great. I am not from Oakland but I will be back when I visit again.

Great she knows the latest and good solid info on hair health. She is the real deal as a business women, hair clinician, solid in her faith and a true sistah girl!!! You Pat!!

I just moved to the area, and really needed to get a new look. Pat is a great visionary! She offered great suggestions for my hair length and face shape, and the cut turned out to be so much more than what I went looking for! She really knows customer service, and charges completely reasonable prices. I am sure I will be going back :)

Pat is great! A wonderful communicator and very educated on different styles, cuts and products. I feel very confident in that if I say "take off a half inch" she actually will, unlike others I gone to and 2 inches are gone. She is pleasant to speak with also gives great shampoos!
