Kim does a decent job of shaping nails and doing fills. However she is very impatient and tries to get done quickly. In doing so she ends up getting product on your fingers too and doesn't remove it.
She also does not let every layer of gel polish dry long enough because she's trying to hurry. I have never had any other salon do this. She doesn't even let the full cycle finish before applying another coat. I ended up with some tacky nail polish on the edges that wore off in a few hours from it not being cured correctly and several of my nails smudged after I left too. I have never had this happen before with gels, I get them so I don't end up with smudges!
She also did a bad application job on one of my nails and it looked pretty bad and lumpy like the nail polish was too thick to go on right. She refused to fix it and made it sound like it was my fault because I had accidently bummed the tip. She didn't even fix that and caused a bigger problem by poorly apply polish to the entire nail. I will not be going back!

Travelling for work and decided to get my nails done. The staff here was very friendly and welcoming. Made suggestions for what would look best for my nails. Overall was a great experience.

Kim has amazed me with her efficiency and complete care when I chose a bad color for my toenails. She did a marvelous job of matching my toenail color to my fingernail color that had been her best guess as to what would look best on me, & fit my personal preference. She had done a very good job on my manicure & pedicure so from now on I'll be requesting her for my nail care.

Got a Mani / Pedi with gel polish in under an hour. One week later they still look great! I'm usually peeling off the gel by day 4, but these are surviving despite cleaning my whole house, daily dishes for a family of 5, and a ski trip!! Highly recommend, I will be returning!

My daughter and I just got manicures we are both very happy with. Pleasant and easy going experience.
