She does good work but is priced high which was fine as I was paying for the quality of work and quick turn around.
This was all fine until she turned crazy on me.
I got fitted for a bridesmaids dress, after she pinned me she told me it would be 150$$. That's crazy. I told her I was going to wait on the dress and she flipped on me. Yelled and screamed at me in front of another customer. Demanded I pay her 10$ for fitting me.
She was also supposed to hem another dress for me and I told her never mind on that too bc who wants an angry lady cutting your clothes??!!You can't trust that person!
Overall she's a scary little lady when you don't end up using her and she immediately loses any sense of professionalism.
Sad.
Won't be going back.

Do NOT trust this tailor with any items needed by a deadline!!!! We were assured my daughters formal dress would be ready for pickup no later than 10 am on the date of her event which allowed the tailor 8 days to complete. We showed up at 1 pm and they had not even begun alterations and said they could complete by 4 pm but that was her scheduled time to take pics and meet with her date! Highly disappointed and searching for a dress last minute is a horrible task!

We had a very nice experience at Webb's Tailor Shop this week. My husband and I were visiting family in Memphis and needed to have three pair of pants and one long skirt shortened and hemmed. Webb's did a great job! We dropped everything off on Monday afternoon and all four pieces were ready for pick-up by Thursday afternoon. The employee who greeted and worked with us had limited English, but she was friendly and very competent. We appreciate the good service, fair pricing, and quick turn-around. Definitely give Webb's a try!
