It has been shared by many that one of the stylists is the managers daughter in law. She has repeatedly done a poor job on numerous customers, and never is held accountable. Even with obvious proof shown to manager, customers have to fight for a refund. I share this to prevent others from the same fate.

The color didn't come out in my hair. It SAS night blonde enough. I had my daughters done to and it bled over her face for about a week. Plus the roots are now coming out. We spent over 300 for these two services

Very rude. I just asked if they had time to do a haircut and the lady sighed heavily, rolled her eyes and gave me the snottiest attitude before giving me a time. What a horrible inconvenience it must be to answer a question related to your job. Don't worry though, I'll never come in again. ;)
