Terrible customer service! I walked in without an appointment so when I was told there would be a 30 minute wait, that certainly was NOT a problem. Issue #1 A lady and her two daughters (I’m assuming they were her daughters) came in AFTER me. They didn’t have an appointment either (I was sitting up front near reception when they checked in). They were taken BEFORE me. Yes, all three. They were told at reception that their wait would be an hour but all three received pedicures before me and were out the door before my pedi was even started. The nail tech who I think is actually one of the owners said she “thought” they had an appointment. ??? Issue #2 Pedicure was fine but she did a not so great job on my fill in. She didn’t file around the edges well so I still have to go somewhere else to get them fixed after spending hours AND $80 in the shop. Issue #3 Apparently the owner is part of a direct sales/multi-level marketing company and was trying to convince me to sign up the entire time she was doing my nails. When you’re getting your nails done, that’s your “me time” that you’re paying for. I do not want someone talking the whole time trying to convince me I can “make extra money” by joining some company. I visited this same shop a couple years ago and it was the same thing but only at that time she was part of a “travel agent” multi level marketing company. Enough is enough. I go to salons for me time not terrible customer service and “seminars!”
I will not be going back.

Well maintained salon. They offer multiple services such as manicures, pedicures, massages, waxing and facials. The technicians are very friendly and make sure your satisfied with the outcome of what you asked for. They stayed open until 8:30 pm on a Friday night to finish up their clients, even though their normal hours were to close at 7:00pm. I was very pleased with the great job Vincent, did with my nails...

Went with my sister to have pedicures. Loved the whole experience. Kim and Stephanie were very sweet. My sister leaves in the area and plans to go back. Next time I'm in town, we' ll have "girl time" at Nail 365. Better than any pedicure that I've back home in Orlando, Fl.

For a gel manicure it took 2 hours. I was the only customor in the salon. Then the nail tech was trying to Sell me tooth paste and other skin products she repeatedly asked if I wanted to purchase these products when I was trying to just get my nails done and relax. I asked for ombré she did not do ombré I have white polish with some pink on the tips...
I will not be returning Ill be looking for a new salon

came in for a simple pedicure and eyebrow wax. ended up getting a more expensive pedicure package and I am more than pleased with it. they took me into the massage room for the foot and leg massage and it was beyond worth every penny spent. clean environment, friendly staff, and my eyebrows always turn out great. 10/10 will recommend to any and everyone.
