Zero stars really. Id avoid this place at all costs. Go to any other nail shop in the mall. Definitely not this one. My fingers are literally burned because they have no idea how to remove tips with a no chip. They soaked my nails in hot acetone for what im now realizing was far too long. Too busy chatting in the back corner and ruining my fingers. They literally burn!! Dont waste your time!

I've been going here for years and now it's a new staff and they do not care about people. I asked the gentleman if we should just do a new set and he kept working. My nails looked bad underneath and I had one that was dirty. After he finished the Gel, my nails looked yellow and the ugly line on the dirty nail. I asked him to round the corners and he got carried away so I just went with it. Then a Girl came in from another store and said I had to pay $5. I told her, my nails are yellow and I have this ugly line underneath. I told her I'd pay the $5 but you will not see me again. It was her attitude that took me by surprise.

I went in with my two little girls today and we had the worst experience ever. Honestly wish I could give them 0 star. The lady was so rude to my little one of my girl which almost leave her in tears. Didn't cut nor clean their nails. I paid $30 each for my girls. So not worth it. When the guy started working on my nails he clipped it so close made me bleed. This place is so rude and unprofessional. I had to tell the guy to stop working on my nails. No need to finish it. I have enough. Paid...told him I will never go back again. Oh to top it off they are horrible when it comes to sanitizing after pedicures. I watched the lady after each use and all she did was wiped it down with the dirty towel that they used on the other client before. So gross!

Worse fill in ever on 5/26/18 the lady was rushing on my nails clipped my real nail down to the meat and put extremely to much gel on my nails now it has a thick look to the nails and gel stuck underneath my nail and finger. Not to mention it’s now Wednesday and my nails are loose 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I wish I could post a picture of the chunk out of my heel that’s no longer there. Can barely walk but hey, I did get a $10 discount.
