I remember getting a pedicure here a few years ago and it was really nice. This past week, I went in for a manicure and pedicure, and had two different workers. The pedicure turned out great - the lady took her time with me and was very friendly. The manicure however was horrible. The woman who did my manicure (may have been the owner as she was the one taking payments and walking around) was rushing through so she could get to other people, but was rather short about it, even though I had called to let them know I would be a walk-in. She was much more friendly to the middle-aged women than she was to me - a mid-20s woman. While I can typically take that, it was just icing on top of the real cake - she cut my cuticles to the point where I was bleeding. While she did throw some nick powder on my fingers, they were STILL BLEEDING even after I left (as I had gotten my manicure first, then my pedicure). I even went home and showered and they were STILL BLEEDING after I had gotten a shower. She also gobbed the nail polish on my fingers so it will eventually be difficult to remove and does not look very clean. I would not recommend this place to my friends. I usually do not leave reviews on places as they are usually not worth my time, but I felt as if I should share my experience here since there was bodily harm done, and I wanted others to be aware of this prior to going here.

I got a set of acrylics and a pedicure and they were amazing!!! Everyone was very polite and the salon was beautiful and clean. Amazing quality and very friendly and professional. I will definitely be making this my regular salon!

I went in for a fill-in for myself & full set for my daughter. The first nail she started on,She was filing so hard that my nail started burning. Then she proceeded to remove the existing nails NOT by soaking them but prying them apart (without even telling me & sharing with me that my price would go up) & that's when I came up out my seat, screaming. Needless to say I paid $100 for both my daughter & myself. $50 for her full set & $50 for my "fill-in"! Absolutely WILL NOT be going back! Worst experience ever!

This is the best nail salon you can go to in Lynchburg, Safe when returning to trendy nails. Rose take me nails and toe did. Just got my nails done by Rose herself, she is truly talented.

Lady serves my mother's pedicure very well, and the young man does my pedicure, they are very happy and enthusiastic. I'm very satisfied. I will be back trendy.
