Do not go to this place! There are plenty of other business for this service in Valdosta that treat their customers with respect.
They do not understand the word Customer Service. I took my wife here in March 2023 and one of the ladies who worked there was very hateful towards my wife. She vocally expressed herself to the level other customers were watching. The other lady working there tried to apologize for the outburst as we walked out. I told her this was totally un exceptable for the way the other lady acted and she would be hearing from us. There is not excuse and the management here should not allow their employees to act this way during business hours serving the public. If the lady is management, the business should have their business license revolved. I wonder if their taxes are up to date?

First of all we were not greeted when we entered. That should have been my first indicator. Maybe we were inconveniencing them by wanting our pedicures done. I don't know. But I didn't feel welcome.
I wish that Americans would pull together and open up full service nail salons around the country. It makes no sense that we are the biggest consumers of this service and we don't own the shops. It is horrible that we have to spend our money and be disrespected at the same time. The middle aged woman and younger lady spoke amongst themselves the entire time they worked on my and my mother in laws feet. That is rude and disrespectful. I had already showed the older lady the photo of what I wanted before sitting down then all of a sudden when it was time to do my design she and the younger lady decided it was too difficult to do and said it would cost me 15 more to do the design when she originally quoted my 5 dollars. I had the impression that they didn't even want to try. Which was simply palm leaves. The younger lady was rude and asked how I expected to get that big design on a toe. I'm like you have more width to work vs than on a fingernail. Please, please American people lets stand up and somebody open up nail salons. I really hate patronizing places where I'm not valued or respected and I will not recommend this salon to any one of color. Despite my bad experience with these two ladies the man who I'm assuming was the owner was very apologetic and explained to me that they were not so good at designs. Then when we got ready to leave my mother in laws toes were half done. The younger lady rushed and did a hot mess of a job on her toes. My mother in law said something about it and the owner( the guy) got down on his knees in the middle of the floor to retouch her toes. No that was customer service at its finest. He was wonderful. His 2 employees are awful.

I came here on a Monday afternoon around 4:30. They were very nice and professional the entire time I was there. The lady who did my pedicure REALLY took her time and my polish was perfect. The environment was so relaxing, spacious and clean. It didn’t have that overpowering “nail salon” smell that a lot of other salons have. I will definitely be back again. I think I have found my new permanent spot!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for a few years. I get my nails done with “dip”. When I walk in, Vincent and Anna greet me with a warm welcome and treat me like a queen! Not many nail salons can you go to that the employees/owners want to know your name and ask “how are your children?!” But the quality of their dip job lasts much longer than other nail salons I’ve went to. I’ll never forget the time I left that Mr. Vincent sent me home with treats for my girls! Can’t say enough good things about this salon!!!

I love Vincent and the crew here! My first visit I instantly felt comfortable and welcomed. I used to use another salon but I got a gift card for Blazer nails and I am now their loyal customer. Prices are lower and my nails last longer than when the other salon did them! LOVE my new salon!!
