There isn’t a better place to get your nails done. I know because I’ve tried about 12 places in the area since moving here.
The biggest issue I had with the previous places was the quality of their product— it would break off in chunks or allow separation from my natural nail. Tracy uses a very good quality products, & I don’t have any problems. It should also be said that I have a very physically demanding job, where I use my hands as “tools” every day. I’m also a single mom of a teen & a big dog. I absolutely know when there’s a subpar product used.
The other issue, which I found equally unacceptable, was lack of caring what I wanted... they wanted to just get them done in order to get to the next customer. Tracy sincerely cares. She has a sweet soul & gentle heart, & cares about her clients as people, thereby cares how they want their nails.
I’ve been getting my nails done for about 20 years. I have been in customer service my whole life. Tracy is truly the epitome of everything good, & where I will continue to get my nails done.

I have visit multiple nail salons in the Kirkland area. At this salon, the nail paint stays on the longest. Almost a full week with no cracking! I recommend calling ahead (only same day needed) to secure an appointment because they are busy with only 2 ladies. Both women are always very nice and welcoming. Of course, I feel the pedicure chairs are very comfortable and clean.
Why not 5 stars? I feel like five stars would be a luxury spa experience. This is just a great spot for regular and quick nail care.

If I could give a rating of 0 I would. This is the worst place to get you nails done. They are not sanitary, are breaking multiple health code violations and do an extremely bad job. I left and my nails are all uneven, bumpy, the top coat on the shellac was supposed to be "no cleanse" and everything is sticking to it. I called to let them know and Tracy told me I was rude for telling her how my nails look because she could never do a bad service. I called the "owner" William and left him a voicemail. Tracy said their prices are high because of the "quality" of the product. There is no quality in the products they use.

I've gone to several salons in the area and I keep coming back to this one because the customer service is top notch. There are just 2 ladies so it is best to call ahead and schedule an appointment but that said I've walked in on multiple occasions and been taken care of with little waiting. As a frequent customer I've never had anything but a professional job done on my nails and they've rescued me several times when I've had a crack or broken one.

I love Nails Today because of there low prices, compared to other nail salons in the area. The manicure is wonderful and has quality. I have never had the pedicure, though. The customer service is very wonderful, every one is friendly!
