I have tried several places to get my nails done here in Frankfort , but this one is the only one I go to now, they are very friendly and know me by name now. I go every two weeks and have never had a problem with them once so ever. I do have to say though , I ask for the same tech every time , the man up front does the best ..he takes his time and makes sure you are happy with the service before you leave . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Whatever you do do not get the big forehead guy in the back. He talks badly about all the customers when they leave to other customers. He doesn’t do the nails right and get mad if u try to correct him or ask him to fix what he messed up. If it’s something he doesn’t want to do he will try to convince u not to get it. If you want a basic nail polish then this place is fine but if you want long nails, designs, or anything else try LA Nails on the other side of town.

I’ve been trying out different nail salons in the Frankfort/Lawrenceburg area trying to find one I like. The lady working with me stayed on the phone most of the time she was doing my nails rather than being friendly and polite and carrying on conversation, not that it’s a huge deal but worth mentioning. My nails were shaped how I wanted, however there is residue all along the edges and on my fingers; it looks like I painted them myself. My nails are stuck to my skin and chunks of SNS are on the corners. I guess once this stuff washes off they will look okay; good thing I didn’t have anywhere to go directly after.

They are always nice and remember you by name if you're a regular. Sometimes they do rush if they are busy. The pedicures are never consistent with what it includes. I wish you got the same services regardless!

They overcharged me, my nails were not done how I asked, and there was a complete lack of professionalism in the shop.
