The entire was friendly and courteous. They made you feel comfortable as soon as you entered their establishment. I was impressed by both technicians that did my mani/pedi sessions. This nail salon was recommended to me by another customer. Most nail spas, I've given my business to in the past, never took the time to properly give me the excellent service that I received at Blossom Nail & Spa. I will be a regular customer.

Went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure became frustrated with me because I wanted my nail and toenail polish colors to match. She also did a terrible job painting my toes; the polish was sloppily applied and not clean at all. Another nail tech tried to assist but was also rude because I wouldn’t accept the mismatched colors she brought me then told me to find the colors myself. I had a bad experience before with the male owner saying “we don’t need your business” as I left but I give them more chances. Never again. I paid exactly $23 for a piss poor pedicure and left with my nails still wrapped in foil. I will not support a business where the customers/clients are not valued. We’re still in a pandemic. The recent increase in prices is also not worth it.

I went to get a gel manicure last week. My manicurist cut me 3x. The last time she cut me she was not attending to my nails, rather having a conversation with another staff member. I now have an infection. I will not be coming back to this salon.

Owner overcharged my credit card for services I didn’t get, so rather than refund me she offered a store credit. I insisted I get a refund because it was her mistake and I did not want a store credit. This made her very unhappy, she took the cash out of her draw and slammed it on the counter at me. Completely rude and unprofessional. The 2nd time I went there (decided to give it another chance), I was getting a mani pedi. To save time, the owner came over and started prepping my hands while the technician did my pedicure. I did not ask for this nor was I in a rush. The technician did a good job. When I gave her her tip, she thanked me then asked me “what about her?” Meaning that I tip the owner. Unbelievable, the owner probably skims off their tips. I don’t know but this place turns me off with their attitude, would not want to give them anymore of my money and I won’t.

Huge salon! They had absolutely no problem accommodating my last minute appointment. I did one of the spa pedicures and it was devine. The staff was super friendly and the establishment was very clean. While my nails were drying I spied a children's spa menu. I will definitely be back soon and plan to bring my daughter with me
