I recently saw Dr. Kosari for two procedures - Subcision and 6 months later Co2 Laser resurfacing for acne scarring. Let me first start off with the staff - they are so friendly and helpful. Even during Covid, their processes and procedures throughout the office always made me feel safe. During both procedures and a handful of follow ups the staff did everything to help me feel comfortable and were thorough explaining everything they did so I was in the know at all times. HUGE shout out to Dr. Kosari's nurse Tamara who is friendly, helpful and honestly down right amazing. Every visit made me feel cared for and her care was beyond exceptional. Dr. Kosari's surgery scheduler Bridgette was friendly, helpful and when my second surgery had to be rescheduled she contacted me frequently until we could get me back on the schedule. Dr. Kosari has been absolutely amazing throughout both procedures, setting realistic expectations and explaining everything in depth. The Co2 Laser Resurfacing procedure was honestly a little scary for me since the recovery time is pretty intense and Dr. Kosari texted me everyday for 11 days to get face updates and answer any of my questions quickly and efficiently. I was so appreciative of the close contact daily to make sure my face was healing correctly. Throughout both procedures I have felt in the best hands. I have already seen amazing results and cannot wait until the final results. Highly highly recommend this office and Dr. Kosari!

OK let me start off by saying i have been here a few times before and the service has been good. You always wait in the lobby if your appointment is at 2pm you wont go in the back till 230 or even 245 this has happened to me a few times. My last experience was awful. I went and had my evaluation, i needed a few skin tags removed and 1 flat wart on my chin very small. I made the appointment and showed up and they said Mr. Costantini we do not have you for today we have you for tomorrow. Well i didn't change it and i have it on 3 of my calendars along with a appointment card. Well i had to reschedule, oh and its weeks even months to get an appointment. They were like well we cant take you today so you will have to reschedule. GREAT customer service, NOT. So i reschedule. i show up and sit there for 45 minutes after my appointment time until im let in the back. The PA comes in looks at me has me sign an IPAD with all this fine small print on it etc. I ask, it would take me an hour to read all of this are there any hot points on here that i need to know about. She said no, all this is is giving us the ability to treat you etc. Doc comes in and says hey, you have 2 small warts and we will need to send them out to make sure they are not cancer but i am 90% sure they are not but we want to be 100% sure. I said ok, and that was the end of that. Well 2 weeks later i receive an invoice from the Pathologist Diagnostic Laboratory. I called the Pathologist office and asked who are you and why am i receiving an invoice. They said the Dermatologist office sent it over and we put on a slide and give it back to them to read. HMMMM, so it costs $119.02 for you to put onto a slide and send back over, very interesting. I called the Dermatologist office back and asked to peak to the manager and got put off to the billing person. She told me "sir, there is nothing we can do it already has been billed." I told her i was not told by the doctor that when we send this out to be looked at there is going to be an additional charge. By the way I paid $150 directly to the dermatologist office. She said " Her response was "you signed paperwork stating that you wold be charged". The same paperwork i asked if there is anything in here that i should know about any "hot topics" and was TOLD NO. I told the billing person this is very POOR customer service and i would have asked more questions like, how much is it going to be etc. All that she kept saying is since it has already been billed there is nothing that can be done about it. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she wold speak with the doctor and either the doctor or she would call me back. Well guess what, no one called me back and they mail me a copy of the part of the consent paperwork and highlighted the line where it states there will be a separate bill from them. NO PHONE CALL from anyone this is the worst customer service experience i have ever experienced. I will never come back and i will proactively not recommend this dermatology practice. I am at the age now where people are asking and talking about their skin and who have you gone to etc. It's not about the money its only $119 its about the LACK of customer service and the lack of you just don't care about your patients and its all about the money. All it would have taken was one 60 second phone call to say "We apologize for not telling you that when we send this out there will be a separate bill" If you would have done that none of this would be happening right now.

I can't rave enough about this dermatologist, from the precautions for COVID to the bedside manner of the PA (Valerie), everything was perfect. Ines was able to locate an appointment for me quickly so I wouldn't have to wait months to be seen. Best part, my appointment was at 3:15, and by 4pm I was already headed back home.

I have been a patient of Dr. Munavalli’s for nearly three years and have received treatment for my Rosacea and other skin issues to include V-Beam and Fraxel non-ablative lasers. Thanks to Dr. Munavalli, my skin is much healthier, and my Rosacea is under control. Dr. Munavalli explains things in ways I understand, he is exceedingly knowledgeable, an expert in lasers, not to mention he is friendly and caring. His entire team are seasoned professionals and friendly. When I arrive at his office, I am greeted by name and the front office staff immediately check me in making my check-in experience welcoming and seamless. The front office staff do a fabulous job at check out and scheduling my appointments. Amy and Bridgette recently tag teamed with Yota to ensure that I got the answers I needed to schedule new appointments while taking advantage of the discounted prices their office offers each year during their annual promotion. The promotion is a very busy time for all staff and doctors, which requires them to work longer hours to see additional patients taking advantage of the great discounts. I was even more impressed that during this busy time, Dr. Munavalli met with Yota to go over my detailed treatment plan and that Yota met with Bridgette and Amy to ensure all details were covered. Both Bridgette and Amy followed up with me to schedule my appointments for my upcoming procedures ensuring I received them at the discounted rate. In addition, I have received excellent care from Rachel Guthridge, NP-C, Katherine Daley, PA-C and Rachel Mysyk, LE to name a few. I know I am under the care of the best! In addition, my husband is a patient of Dr. Munavalli’s and has undergone MOHs surgery and participated in one of the clinical studies. We are both grateful for the excellent care we receive. I highly recommend Dermatology, Laser & Vein Specialists!!

Waited 2 months to get cancelled on a few days before my appointment. No worries I was offered another appointment if I wait 2 more months.
Edit: To your response, was only offered an appointment to see a PA, when I have came in 3 separate times to Dr. Kosari who I enjoyed. Maybe check your records and make accommodations for patients who have waited months for appointments when you cancel on last minute. Your response Reflects your customer service.
