I came in for a walk in appointment on a Sunday, the place wasn't busy which was nice. I had never been here before and overall my experience was great. The nail tech took her time and did the best she could with my messed up nails. I got a gel manicure. My nails don't keep polish long, even with gel which will chip or start to peel after 3 days. I'm on day 5 and so far so good! The place was nice and bright and open. I would recommend this place and go there again. Only down side was that I felt like they didn't have the color spectrum I prefer but it's ok.

Extremely RUDE manager/owner. I really would like to call her a few choice names but I will refrain. Very nice nail tech. The manager needs to know how to speak to her staff and her PAYING customers. I did not credit the service! She was very lucky today I was in traffic!
I will NEVER recommend this place because of her. In order to run a successful business you need to be courteous!.

Love this shop! Been going here for years and staff knows me by name. I get excellent service and treated with respect. Chi-Li & her husband run a quality high end salon! Ery classy & modern. Well worth the price.

Chi-Li is very rude. She doesn’t speak well English and she gets mad when you tell her the nails aren’t done the way u want. My cousin got dip nails and extensions and it came out horrible.

Love this spa.. been coming here for 3 years and always a great experience the staff is friendly and professional and the spa is clean and inviting.. defintely recommend.
