I was unhappy with my pizza. It tasted like water and it wasn't cooked all the way. The bread was white at the bottom

I placed a mobile order before 10 PM and was told that it would be here in about an hour. One hour passed, nothing. Another hour and a half passed, nothing. Almost 2 hours past when i ordered and still not a single notification from Pizza Hut and they canceled my order without notifying me as well. No pizza ever showed up and card was charged twice. Unbelievable.

Excellent service! Pizza arrived in a timely manner, and Ms. D, my delivery driver was very kind and generous. This wont be the last time y'all hear from me!

It was everything you could expect from a pizza hut. Everything was cooked just fine, but the guy who took my order, was a but cranky. Definitely gave me addittude a few times, but it is what it is.
