Customer service is AWFUL. I came to do my nails, pedicure and wax. The were sleeping in their desks. I asked for Kim2 and told she was on vacation and they put another person to work on. The old lady didn't know how to do a pedicure the other guy left my nails in the middle ...gave his back and started working in another person and he never returned with me. I asked him when he is going to finish and he say that other person will come and finish... they started talking in vietnamese and laughing about me in front all people. I've been a customer for the last 7 years and I've been holding their bad business
because of Kim2, but not anymore. I spent more than 120 dolls each time I go. I never going back there. My money has the same value of anybody else and I deserve a better customer service as every one there. Please dont waste your time and money on them.

This isn’t my first time going to diamond nails . The other times my nails were done so good. But this time I got my nails done and I hated it. I went back to get them fixed . The lady was a little upset, but I didn’t care because it’s my nails and my money . This will be the last time going here.

I don't understand how they can allow an individual to work in a place of hospitality and have absolutely no idea 💡 of how to satisfy the customer. My nails were messed up and it's only been 2 hours after I left. Sad 😭. And when I told her I wanted my nails square guess what I got square round. Waste if money .Do not waste your time money or gas going here.

It is almost impossible to imagine how one could go to such a broken place, with such a poor attitude, a bad manicure, an unreasonable attitude, and an arrogant and insolent attitude. I would advise everyone not to go.they scratched my finger no apology.so ..............badbadbadbadbad.............
