Typically I have a good experience here but I did not this time. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:15 but did not get seated until 2:30. I was getting a full set of acrylics with regular polish. The lady asked me what shape and the length and I told her fairly short but not too much with a square shape. She went right in with the scissors and cut the nails extremely short and didn't show me where she was going to cut before doing it and they were way shorter than I wanted (they were a centimeter longer than my natural nail). She rushed very much and didn't take her time. The shape was what I wanted but when she painted my nails, she was going so quick and didn't cover all of the edges, leaving them looking sloppy. I was also charged 40 dollars which was more than what I was supposed to be charged (was supposed to be 35). I will not be coming back here because this is the second experience with acrylics that I've had that was poor quality.

Amy and Kim are amazing..The whole staff is so friendly and nice.. Man, dies my feet feel good.

Very clean and professional. They are taking multiple precautions against Covid-19 while maintaining a comfortable relaxing atmosphere.

I gave 3 starts even though I really love this place. I love it but on Sunday I went and was there for 3 hours for my two daughters to get their nails painted and myself to get a mani/pedi. It cost me $46 to get my two little girls nails painted. I did not understand where the charge came from for that much! I asked if my three year old could soak her feet since we had been waiting so long (I understand the wait) and they said $15. I figured it was reasonable to not have to worry about my little one bored waiting when she was so excited to get her nails done. They said $8 for paint so I thought $15 was the total to paint her nails and soak in water for a little while. They didn’t even get their toes painted and again $46 for that! I was disappointed and asked the girl to explain to me the charges. I ended up spending almost $130 which I am fine with their prices but the $46 for my two girls when all they got was fingernails painted. I’m so frustrated. Their polish is already chipped and it has been a day and a half. My nails are great and the atmosphere is always great but this time I left very disappointed!
