They only got that one star because I couldn't write a review otherwise! I got to the nail salon at 4:57pm to be exact and was told it was an hour wait. I waited 30-45min before getting a nail polish change on my toes. Several people came in for services and were told it was 45min to an hour wait. A few customers said ok I'll be back, I never left, I waited. So after my polish change on my toes I waited another 30-45min. I finally asked "how much longer for my fills?" The response was oh, you're getting ombre fills well he is the only one that does them and He'll be done with that customer soon! I wait! While I'm waiting i hear him say Tom someone it is first come first serve, no appointments today! He gets done with his customer a proceeds to take one of the customers who came back from earlier when I was waiting! I say, I thought I was next! Even the nail tech next to him tells him no she was here she is next! He tries to tell me l, oh she had and appointment! How!? I was here waiting when she walked in the first time and you told her 45min to an hour! I was here waiting when you just told someone else there are no appointments today it's first come first serve! Then he beats me getting mad gets up throws his role down goes to the back of the salon and slams stuff around! I hadn't been to this salon in years and it's clear why I stopped Going! So much for second chances! I will never be back and I will do everything in my power to make sure I stop other people from going!

Very nice place to go , the staff friendly and their work is excellent. I tried a place after going coming here and the other shop in Calhoun ga destroyed the shape , they were uneven and my hands were so sore for the following week from the lady filing my cuticles. Never will I go and I will not recommend. Thank you Nail Spa

I went to the Nail Spa on the 8th of June 2018 and I waited for a minute or two to see who I could speak with about getting a full set, pedicure and my eye brows waxed. There was a man next to the door and he stated it will be a 45min. to a hour wait. I asked him if that wait was for all three services and he said yes. I asked his name and he said Steve, he was so rude and had a very unpleasant attitude. I've been to this nail shop before and thought that Steve had done a great job on my nails but after he spoke to me that way I said thank you and left; I went to a nail shop on the second floor near Payless. There are only two techs Steve included that can do a full set and there are about five techs that can do a pedicure. Steve's wife is the only person that can wax. If you're looking for a relaxing experience and pressed for time then this is not the place for you. If you have 45min. to an hour to get your spa treatment and don't mind being spoken to any kind of way then this is the establishment for you.

I love this place Mary the owner is really involved with all her customers. Not to mention she does great eyebrows.

The best service and the best people for your nails. I always get compliments on my hands!!! I've been going here for a few years and they are the best at arching your eyebrows!
