Pauline is my hair dresser and I've been going to her since I was a kid. I'm now in my 30's. Her skills are off the chart. You can show her the picture of a style you want and she can literally make it reappear on you the same, if not better. She has an amazing skill with weaves and making sure it doesn't look like a weave when she's done with you. But she can do ANYTHING and I promise that's not an exaggeration.
As far as the salon, the owner needs to fix it up better. Especially the bathroom. I'm assuming the owner is a man, because there's no way it could be a woman allowing the place to be so bare and have the bathroom looking the way it does. The floors, especially by the washing station need be re done and not with wood.
If it wasn't for Pauline, they wouldn't see again, only if passing by to say hello to the other hairdressers based on the relationships built since I've been going there for so many years.
If the owner is open to honest and constructive criticism, I would be willing to assist with giving the shop a makeover. I've been going there for so many years, so I would hate to see it go.

I have been going here since i was a teenager love this place and always will, no place does hair better,ask for shiggy she will take care of you. she gives the best wash in brooklyn too.

nice friendly environment to get your beauty works done they've just added a new makeup and skincare counter to the salon .Very elegant young lady .check her out .Great personality and most off all the SERVICE is Magnificent .
