Cons
- My manicurist rushed over my 1st coat and applied a messy 2nd
- Although it was my fault that I messed up one of my nails my manicurist didn't really bother to fix it; she just applied another coat over it giving it a thick layered effect that I didn't ask for
- After 2 days my nails started chipping
This place has gotten pretty good reviews and that was why I decided to try it out. Apparently I was wrong to choose this nail salon. If it's your first time, they don't take you seriously as if they're testing you if you're going to be a loyal customer. I believe they don't put serious effort into their work but of course this is my personal opinion. Then again it could just be the manicurist that I received, but my friend who also came with me received the same treatment. I for sure won't be returning to this place.

Over prized, horrible sevice, distracted people not listening to what you want. Will never go again.

Had appt. nearby so I called ahead and arrived early. I got taken right away. Service was fast, professional and done with artistic skill. I got an acrylic fill and was way overdue. (I hate when my nails get too long...and they were.) She cut 'em back just the way I like 'em...super short. Everything about this experience was perfect...except I didn't get the tech's name. Great shop. Wish I lived closer. They'd be my new regular place. Made it to my next stop with time to spare at the nearby Starbuck's.
