Love the variety of options for hair coloring and makeup BUT the customer service and staffing makes me not want to return. I go there KNOWING what I want...not when I NEED help with something. Unknowledgeable. Inattentive. Super rude. Good luck.

I love the wide variety of colors they have for hair! I bought pink and lavender ombré hair from them for my Havana twists and got compliments every day. They also have a lot of my hard to find hair products and sell locally made Shea, which I love. I’m surprised by others’ reviews, as the staff downstairs (I like their wigs haha) has always been very pleasant and helpful to me.

THIS IS THE WORSE HAIR SUPPLY STORE. THE WORKERS ARE THE WORSE AND THEY DONT KNOW ENGLISH AND THEY ARE NO HELP.

They sell cheap hair products filled with lots of chemicals. Minorities customers suffering the most they are just trying to make a dollar off of us very sad we fall for it.

once the store is close to closing the employees rush to get you out so I left out without buying
