went in to have my fake nails removed and the person doing my nails proceeded to file them down all the way to the nail bed. it was very painful and looks really bad, they said they would be restored in a few days and insisted thats how your nails look when you have them removed.
I compared them to the fingers where the nails just fell off and the ones that were worked on look sooo much worse. I would've been better off biting them off with my teeth or soaking in acetone for a couple hours. my nails won't be restored for probably another month.
I doubt I'll go to another nail salon after this. its better to do them yourself or find someone you know personally.
save your money and time and don't be put through unnecessary pain, by avoiding this place at all costs.

Shellac peeled like rubber in 48 hours....
My 12 year old daughter and I came here on the afternoon of January 14, 2019, for a pedicure date. The pedicures were not the best I've had, but they were ok. At the end of the pedicure, the tech offered us gel manicures that he said would last a "mimimum of 2 weeks". We decided to add that service, which put our bill at $105, plus I tipped $15.
Within a few hours of leaving, the clear coat of our nails started to show smudge marks. Within 24 hours, the polish started to come off the edges. Within 48 hours, the shellac was peeling off like rubber.
When I returned to request a refund on the morning of January 17, only 72 hours after the service, the owner was not apologetic, but instead he blamed it on me saying it was the chemicals I used at home that caused the damage. First of all, he has no idea what products I use at home. Truth is, I use basic soap to wash, as does my daughter. I've had a gel manicure before using the same soap, and the gel lasted.
I was not given a refund as requested, and I will not be back. I am really disappointed that the owner handled my concerns with such disregard. I paid over $100 and even tipped extra, but he refused to make it right. The time I spent with my daughter is priceless, however, the service was a waste of money.

This has been my nail shop since they had opened up. I love everything about it is clean in a good location for me to go to, and the personnel are wonderful!

I have followed Phong from Northside to Southside to his current store here at Carter road. He is the only person I have do my nails and he has been doing them for 18yrs! He is fantastic! I am rough with my nails on a daily and he does them so well that they stay even when it takes me 4wks to get back to him to fill em in!! I am ALWAYS satisfied with his work. I have had several different employees at Regal Nails do my pedicure and they have ALL been fantastic also!! Best place and the staff is AWESOME!! Love em and will not go anywhere else!!! 💯😁
