Really poor customer service. The gentlemen at the register shamed me for not having cash for a tip. I didn’t realize you can’t add a tip with the credit card, so when I asked if they could maybe swipe the card again so that they could charge a tip, this man was extremely rude. In front of everyone, he screamed at me I can’t believe you don’t have $3 cash (mind you my total bill was $13 so it wasn’t like I was not giving a fair tip). Also they charged me $3 just for cutting one toe nail like are you kidding me smh never again.

Very bad pedicure and manicure! You have to pay before they paint your nails, which in my case resulted in a very hasty job with paint all over my fingers. I didn't have lots of cash on me and weirdly enough couldn't tip on the card. Plus, some people get massages while dryingthe nails, while others don't (first time I got one there, whereas the second time I didn't for the same service). Will have to redo my manicure at home!

My nails are completely uneven and look so thick. They look terrible and I was there a little over 2 hours just doing SNS. I’m so disappointed. My friend doing I sat down with (also doing SNS) finished half an hour before me and left with a bloody nail.

See why no one ever goes here you would think that since this is a park slope nail salon it would be great quality work but oh no ..I’ve been here twice the first time the pedicure was 10 min but my sns with nail tip was okay even though my nails broke in a week .Today service was TERRIBLE ! Not ever going back n I see why it’s empty all the time ..I got a pedicure and the skin on my heels was peeling umm when u get a pedicure don’t they usually make the back or your foot smooth to touch ? I like my feet pretty and soft but not at Q spa they care about money not quality work !!!!!On top of that the tech that did my sns cut me .made me bleed , made my nails so thin that when you touch them they hurt and when she drilled it hurt so bad I had to pull away from her and she tells me not to jump .She didn’t cure or clean my nails my nails are still dirty underneath she didn’t even bother to clean the sides of my nails .Again this place is never crowded they are terrible don’t know what they’re doing and are poorly trained .Then she had the nerve to ask if I was tipping on my card I told her NO and left ..Do NOTTTTTTTTTT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE .My nails are not even they are not properly treated and look like I did them myself !
