I'm in love with this place. They validate my beauty and make me feel really good inside when I leave. Lee for waxing and Michelle is my girl. She always does my nails. Her sculpting is impeccable! I actually love them all. Always an experience, never a dull moment. I'd give a million stars if I could.

Hands down this is one of the best nail salon in Berkeley. Not only do they do nails, they also offer eyelash extensions, facials, and all kinds of waxings. So far I've tried the brazilian wax, bikini wax, and full leg wax. I can honestly say that they're the best when it comes to waxing. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and made it as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend you to get it done with Lee. She's the best!
P.S. They also offer great discounts for students.

I am never coming back here. They had me wait an hour with my feet soaking (without informing me the wait would be an hour) in the water before actually starting my nails. Then they left to wax someone in the middle of my pedicure. It took them another HOUR to finish just a normal pedicure. I had to leave without getting my manicure after sitting there for two hours because i had an appointment. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME.

2nd time visiting:
There is no parking lot nor free street parking. I was in no rush today so I decided to park two blocks away off the main street and enjoy the walk to the salon. The salon neighbor's cute little cafes and stores; overall a busybod street.
Selection in color was fair, they had your main OPI and Essie polishes and few unknown brands. Some people are very selective and like to stick to certain brands of polish. It would have been nice to have the polishes organized instead of mixed together. But eventually after 10 min I picked out a color. They keep the gel colors all the way in the back almost hidden.
Oh just a heads up this place prefers cash over credit. But they will accept your credit card but have CASH FOR THE TIP.
