We waited, but there were only two people working and three customers. It wasn't an excessive amount of time for popping in late in the day on a Sunday.
My daughter got dipped nails, midway decided they were too long, they filed them down and it was NO problem. She's a teenager and had concerns about laptop, phone screen, and contacts. Easy! Nails were very nice, they helped her find a color.
I got simple gel, quick and easy. Looks great, no cuts, nicks, or tears like many other places I've visited.
We will certainly visit again.

First time here. People were friendly. Nails were done nice. But it looks like my nails have grown out about 1/2 an inch and I am writing this review while still waiting on my toes to dry. Toes look nice.

I don’t really do reviews myself but I felt the need to review this place. I’ve come to this salon quite a few times & always thought it was a nice little place until now. I may have had a few issues but nothing that made me not want to go back. I went in just to get the gel off my real nails and told the lady I didn’t want to get them redone after she asked if I wanted to or not. She questioned me on why I didn’t want them redone and had a weird attitude the whole time because I didn’t want to spend the extra money to get them redone. She asked, “Who did your nails? They didn’t do a good job. Why did you go there?” As if I had to explain myself to her. Very unprofessional. When I was done, I paid for the service & politely said, “Thank you” to which I didn’t get a response. Mind you, the customer before me was told, “You're welcome, have a nice day” after she thanked them. I won’t be going back. No loss for me.

They are always super slow.. I used to wait 3 hours just to get anything done, now, I made an appointment thinking that would make a difference and IT DIDN’T! They’re time management is horrible with or without an appointment.. they seem to prioritize people who tip them, but I won’t tip for poor service of waiting forever. And since when nail shops don’t have price lists anymore. I got charged $55 dollars to be there for 4 hours and a crooked nail with rude service from the mother. They lost yet another customer.
