I am so disappointed. I have been going to this shop off and on for almost 20 years and I have always been satisfied with my service. On Friday 1/10/20 I went to get a pedicure and I was happy with my service once again until roaches began crawling on the chair. Quietly I told my nail technician and she started telling me that it was because of the water. Next thing I know 3 more came crawling out of the cushion.
None of the technicians or the owner were very concerned about the infestation.

This place is horrible. I went on a Tuesday at 1pm during my lunch break to avoid wait time.
The “technician” I had was terrible. I first asked if they could do natural ombré nails and she said no because they didn’t have different colored powders. So then I asked if I could get clear gel top coat ontop of regular nail polish, for an extra $5 she told me yes(which is usually normal when I request this at other salons).
When it came to shaping my nails she didn’t even ask me what shape I wanted before attempting to cut my nails down, so I had to stop her and let her know I wanted them pointed but also not too long. Well she cut them too short to make them pointed so she asked me if coffin shape was fine and I said yes. She then proceeded and barley cut the tips at an angle to make it easier to shape into the coffin style after applying the acrylic. She also put so much acrylic on my nails that they ended up looking unnatural and thick when all said and done. She shaped my nails into SQUARE shape and when it came down to painting my nails she put the gel clear coat on top of the acrylic nail and not the polish. I honestly didn’t say anything because I thought she had a specific way of doing things. Not to mention she made me put my nails under the UV light every time she put a coat of polish on.
Then when she told me to got sit under the fans to let them dry. I then reminded her that I asked for the gel top coat ontop of the color, because honestly what is the purpose of it being ontop of the acrylic nail underneath the color polish?? She then told me that she misunderstood me but that it would be another $5 to get that done. At this point I could go buy my own gel top coat for the amount she wanted to charge me had I gotten it on top.
So I walked in originally wanting pointed natural ombré nails, changed it to pointed nails with color polish with gel top coat but walked out with wet, thick, square shaped nails. Since I was on my lunch break I didn’t even wait for my nails to dry. I paid, left and not even 10 seconds out the door my polish was messed up. At this point I didn’t even care because I was so mad. I got to work took the rest of the polish off, went home re-shaped&re-painted them. I don’t care how desperate you are to get your nails done. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

This place is awful. I will never come back to this place. I've never had such an awful manicure before. The lady painted my nails terribly and didnt even try to clean them. It looks like a five year old did it. I do NOT recommend this place.

New girl in there doesn't use gloves to do nails and she was super slow and messed up my sisters nails. We shouldn't have had to pay for the bad service but we did smh
