EDIT: my gel nails started lifting only a week after they were done. So sad!
My friend and I got gel manicures here. The reason I gave two stars is because they accommodated last minute. It was super busy and I think they just overbooked themselves because my friend waited my entire manicure to get her nails done. The guy was very apologetic, which was nice. The woman I had was nice, she didn’t talk much which I didn’t mind! However she was super rough on my cuticles and I’m still bleeding on one of them and she didn’t paint The sides of my nails. When my friend finally got hers done, it was pretty quick. They turned out okay but nothing special. She tipped $20 on a $30 manicure and he barely said thank you, which I found odd because she waited so long. Lastly, I noticed the woman I had threw the cuticle clippers(that again made me bleed, therefore my blood is probably on them) back in the drawer, whereas my friends tech threw them directly into the barbicide mixture. Not sure if she did after, but I thought this was something to be aware of.

I’ve been going here for years! I think my first time here was when I was about 16…. I’m 23 now. I’m not super talkative but the owner and the staff are always very nice and accommodating. As well as remembering things about their customers, it makes you feel remembered! The staff is easy to build a friendly relationship with. I’ve always paid the same price and understand price changes depending on if I ask for extra. I always see them cleaning their tools and know even if I don’t see it before I leave, they’re getting cleaned. The owner is playful and teasing, I’ve never taken that as rude (I’ve seen some comments saying otherwise). They have quite a few regulars, myself included. I moved further away but continue to travel to this salon because It’s my trusted nail salon.

The employees were very friendly and the atmosphere was nice but my manicure was rushed and the sides of my nails did not get painted. There are also bare spots on tips of my nails. Disappointed with the result of my manicure.

This place was great! I was in town on vacation and wanted to get a pedicure. Millennia looked like a nice place and I decided to give it a try as a walk in. I had to wait about 30 min as they were very busy. There were 6 employees working. They were all real friendly and fast! The pedicure was amazing and my feet look great! I would definitely go back.

The guy who owns it and sits by the door is AWFUL.. both as a person and also at doing nails. Do NOT get stuck with him. Trust me, just wait for literally anyone else working. I recently moved onto forest ave and figured I’d try the closest nail salon to me. I’ve been getting my nails done every 3weeks for the past 6Years. He shaped my nails very uneven and when I and asked if he could even them up and make the shape more round/less pointy, he screamed at me that if I didn’t like it I could leave. His wife who works in the spot next to him came over and smoothed out the situation as well as my nails and did a great job, which is why this isn’t a 1 star.
