The staff at this salon is mostly friendly and they do good work. The prices are reasonable and the facility is clean. My frustration is with the fact that on multiple occasions, no one was available to provide the service I requested, despite the fact that I had called ahead for an appointment. I have left more than once without having services performed when I had scheduled an appointment ahead of time. If there is not a technician available at the time the appointment is made, they should not take the appointment. I would be happy to schedule for another time if they would have advised me that they would not be able to accommodate me during my original request.

She did a great job but just walked away after I was done and didnt have me sit under the light to get dry/fan. It was my first time there so I had no idea. I have never experienced that.

I’ve been coming to this salon for 6 years and have seen many improvements. Affordable, lots of packages to choose from and the employees are always so nice. Recommend making an appointment, as they do have busy times. They even have a rewards program now!
The only problem I’ve ever had was an incident when I asked a girl in the next pedicure chair, who was talking loudly on her cell phone on speaker , to please quiet it. She got belligerent and was fighting me. The employees just stared and when I asked for a manager to help, was told she was busy. So they left me to get harassed repeatedly for 30 minutes by this obnoxious girl who ruined my pedicure.

So first of all, this is a very beautiful Salon. The salon is kept super clean, and you can tell they use a autoclave on all of the instruments, witch was a huge plus for me. I had no complaints on service from technicians I was offered drinks ETC. I’m leaving 3 stars, because you can only tip in cash, and because I also feel like the staff could stand to be a bit more polite.
