This has been one of the worst, most backwards situations of my life. I originally scheduled a full highlight and a haircut in which the stylist, Philip, did not give me a consultation and when he was "finished" he proceeded to charge me 20$ more than he quoted me. At this point, I still had some split ends, the highlights were choppy, uneven, and they were a mix of yellow and some very white looking. I contacted the owner to explain what had happened and she offered to see me and correct the service. One would think that a service corrected would be free, but it was not. She was explaining that she'd be charging me another $100 to complete the service. She explained to me that I would need an all over color to lighten my base and then my hair would look like the picture I had originally showed Philip and herself. I was very clear, when I asked her if the look I wanted to achieve was not going to be possible. She was very confident that it was possible and that I would love it. I was weary, but I trusted her. My roots are now orange, the blonde highlights look just as choppy and unblended. So at this point, I have paid $199 for hair that I am so embarrassed by. I need to find a real salon to correct this. Beware!

My daughter and I have been going to this salon now for more than 2 years. The quality of their work is amazing. The atmosphere is always friendly, and the salon is clean and tidy. I would highly recommend giving them a try if you are in the market for a new stylist!

Joleen was very attentive to what I was looking for and gave me a beautiful haircut! I love Shear Dimension!

So I had my hair done there to do highlights haircut and conditioner treatment with William. At first I was curious why he did the highlights first then cut my hair, he said that’s how he do it. But I was like why you gonna dye my hair then just cut it after? So at the end of service I cannot see the highlights of my hair because it’s all cut. And then the deep condition treatment was a joke. He didn’t even let it stay for couple of minutes after he put it he blow dry my hair right after. And then he use a product that is almost gone like he literally squeezed it just to get some. I don’t think my money is worth it. I literally just got a haircut but the highlights and treatment didn’t really work the way I wanted to

Leah and William are great! They are always so welcoming and provide great service every time. My son and I always love our haircut when we leave.
